By accessing or using Wakala Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and a registered mobile money agent operating in Tanzania to use Wakala Portal.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We may require verification of your identity and agent status with valid identification documents.

Wakala Portal is intended for legitimate mobile money agent operations including finding float and connecting with other agents.

You agree to use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information, treat other agents professionally, and complete transactions as agreed.

You may NOT use Wakala Portal for illegal activities including money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing.

You may NOT attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, use automated bots without permission, or post defamatory content.

Wakala Portal facilitates connections but is not a party to transactions between agents. You are solely responsible for verifying transaction legitimacy.

We do not guarantee transaction completion, float availability, or other agents' conduct. Disputes should be resolved directly between parties.

We strive for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses from service interruptions.

Under no circumstances shall Wakala Portal be liable for financial losses from transactions. Maximum liability shall not exceed TZS 100,000.

You may close your account by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations or fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. Liability and dispute resolution provisions survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
